We want you to love your Doubletaker tee. Because every order is made to order, please double-check your size and choice, you are still fully protected.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email us at hello@luminxr.co.uk within 30 days with a photo and we will sort a free replacement or a refund. You will not need to send it back.

Change of mind

Under UK distance-selling rules you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Email us first and we will give you the return address. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, or your cancellation, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days. Sale prices are included.
